EPGMOTO offers the following Returns Policy:
Any item shipped defective must be notified to EPGMOTO within 48 hours. A return authorization and pick up order will be made. Item will be inspected and exchanged with a replacement item. Returns are subject to a return authorization.
Contact us prior to sending a return to obtain an RA number which must accompany the returned item and placed outside the return box. Item will be given as exchange. Any items returned without prior authorization will be refused.
NO RETURNS ON ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
