EPGMOTO offers the following Returns Policy:
Any item shipped defective must be notified to EPGMOTO within 48 hours. A return authorization number will be given to accompany the returned item. Item will be given as exchange. Any items returned without prior authorization will be refused.No returns on electrical parts will be accepted.
